How do you ship the packages?

Our packages are located in our warehouses across the USA and UK. Doing this means we can ship all parcels via UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail.

Do you ship worldwide?

Indeed we do. This is one of our best services we offer to our customers. We provide shipping worldwide to over 185 countries. However, there may be some locations in which we cannot ship too. If this is the case, you will be contacted as a matter of emergency, receiving a full refund for your goods.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once we have shipped the items. When purchasing our products, you consent that one or more of your packages may be shipped to you and you may get a custom fee when they arrive in your country. We can confirm that NO customers so far have had a custom charge.
